The role is that of a supervisor on the afternoon shift.Transportation/Logistics/ Warehousing experience preferred.Some Supervisor experience preferred.Over seeing team of 7-8 peopleLoad planningAnalyzing freight volumes to plan overflow requirementsEnd of shift reports to be completed.Submitting staff hours weeklyOverseeing yard management , ensuring nightly trailer requirements are met.Supporting on site customer requirementsThe hours are approximately starting at 4:00 pm – until finished which is around 1:00 am but sometimes a little longer.Any experience in warehousing is an asset.Will train on scanning system and any computer programs used.This is a physical jobHelp wherever needed should the operations should be behind.
