• Use of computer to coordinate jobs • Move materials and products• Assist the Machine Operator as required• Record and report work order information and production times as required• Responsible for quality job functions. To include remaining alert for unsatisfactory quality of equipment parts received in their assigned work area• Discontinue work process and immediately notify supervision of all defects in quality• Keep the working area clean and orderly at all times• Leave equipment and materials in proper place and order at the end of shift• Use of forklift may be required• Comply with all applicable OHS, ESA, and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies• Any other duties as assigned by the Machining Supervisor or Senior Leadership team• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred• Ability to measure parts accurately• Strong organizational skills• Responsible for safe operation and use of hand tools• Required to use foot and hand controls to operator machinery• Proficient computer skills• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
