Installation of hydraulic systems including:PTO’sPumpsCompressors (Under the Hood and Above Deck)CranesOutriggersTool CircuitsHi-Rail systemsTest and inspect assembled product(s) to discover flawsInspect units requiring service to determine cause and solution.Provide detailed schematics of custom run systemsBills of Material provided for custom systemsSupport engineering in the creation of on the floor schematicsTesting Hydraulic Systems to ensure proper function, pressure regulation, and absence of exterior leakage.Recognizing and addressing any incorrect function of the Hydraulic components and system.Maintaining tools and equipment through preventative maintenance activities.Completing appropriate assembly/test reports.Recommending and implementing value added changes to processes.Cross-training on other functions within the team.Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Performing other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned by supervisor.Job Requirements:Minimum 2 years proven experienceEducation in Fluid Power Technician/Vocational School, and/or Hydraulic Specialist/TechnologistGeneral knowledge of hydraulic components, including mounting and operation.Knowledge/Ability to determine proper size Fittings, Adaptors, Hose and Hose ends.High mechanical aptitude to use and operate hand and air tools, overhead crane.Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics.Demonstrated good organizational and interpersonal skills.Good communication skills with regards to verbal, written and basic personal computer skills.Able to lift and move 50 lbs. on a regular basis.knowledge of 12-volt electrical systemsKnowledge of hydraulic systemsKnowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)Deftness and attention to detailProficient in English
