Responsibilities:Set up and operation of CNC Co2 LaserRead blueprints and drawings to determine specifications to fulfill work ordersPreform first-off and in-process inspections of parts producedComplete workorder signoff and material inventory usageExperience using a variety of measuring instruments (general tolerance of +/- .015”)Experience with CAD software and/or Laser Programming software would be an assetExperience using Forklift/ tow motor and assetExperience using Jib Crane and vacuum liftsFollow quality control proceduresClean and lubricate equipmentMaintain daily maintenance/inspection logsMaintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Job Requirements:2 – 5 years Laser Operator experience (HK FL 3015 ideally)Siemens CNC control experienceSigmanest programming softwareUnderstanding of various materials and cutting characteristics.Proven experience within the metal fabrication fieldExperience in using measuring devices (calipers, tape measure, square, protractor)Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawingsKnowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)Deftness and attention to detailProficient in English
