About Payroll and Help Unlimited

As your payroll team we are dedicated in paying all our employees promptly and accurately. We are committed to helping you.

Hours of Service

As processing payroll is a time sensitive matter our Payroll Window is opened ONLY on Mondays and Fridays from 8am-5pm. At this time you may pick up any paystubs, submit invoices or speak to us about any questions. We will also address any pay discrepancies or concerns that you have.
On days that we are closed you may email payroll@helpunlimited.ca or phone 905-452-0995×130. We will do our best to return your emails and phone calls in a timely manner as you are important to us.

Understanding the work week:

Employees are paid every Friday. The work week begins on the Sunday and ends on the Saturday, so the Saturday is always considered the ‘Week Ending’. Any hours worked from Sunday to Saturday are paid once signed Time Sheets and/or Trip sheets have been submitted on or before Tuesday at noon. Time Sheets are to be completed for every week worked.
